28 Day Yoga Progressive for Beginners

I am excited to announce that I will be leading a 28 day yoga progressive this August 2. I have curtailed this progressive course for beginners to learn the fundamentals of yoga asana, basic meditation & breath work. It includes an increasing intensity of sequences, detailed video demos and a diet plan. An emphasis will be placed on stabilizing the abdominal core and the extremities. There will be a brief discussion on my philosophical principles, daily direct guidance and an opportunity to maintain a state of health and wellness.
