My upcoming Primal Action 28 day health and wellness program

Over the past several months I have been developing a 28-day fitness, nutrition and behavioral program aimed at increasing testosterone and dopamine levels. With added benefits such as improved gut health, weight loss, increased strength, flexibility and stamina. I realize this sounds like a very ambitious program. 

How is the program designed?

A daily schedule is provided that includes:

Daily wake & bed routine for optimal sleep

Two daily meditations & breath work routine

A daily yoga routine

A 6 day split gym resistance training routine 

Sport activities for general health

One week’s worth of recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert (yes, dessert!)

Daily motivational quotes

Meal timing 

Recommendations on supplements

Recommendations on blood work tests

Daily information provided on topics such as: what is testosterone, how to build strength, how to sequence your gym routine. 

How to set yourself up for success 

Life changes that are not beneficial

A group webinar at the beginning of the month

A weekly personalized 1-1 check in 

Over the month of March I will be providing daily information on this program designed to give potential students the information they require to make such a commitment. Details on how this program will play out on a daily basis, how to go about modifying it for individual needs (not all schedules are the same), some hurdles to expect and how to overcome them, and more will be given.
