5 Secrets to Losing 5-15lbs!


As an online fitness coach one of the BIGGEST questions I get about losing 5-15lbs is HOW!
What do is it that you need to do in order to hit this goal without hating the process?
It’s really rather simple. So, here are my 5 secrets to losing 5-15lbs!
1) You need an all in mindset! Not allowing our mind to push things off for another day. Success likes consistency, and if you want to lose 5 to 15lbs you have to be willing to stay consistent even on those bad days.
2) Eat in a calorie deficit that works for your body!
You have to love the diet you’re on or you won’t stick with it.
Finds foods you enjoy but still allow you to eat in a deficit.
Recommendation of a 500 calorie deficit. (Ex. if your recommended is 2500cals for maintenance, then drop to 2000cals to lose.)
3) Strength train a minimum of 3 days per week.
Building muscle helps you have more energy and burn more calories even at rest.
Lifting weights or doing some form of strength training minimum 3 days per week allows the body to grow strong while still getting adequate rest.

4) Stay active every day!
A 10-15 min walk everyday can be the boost you need to change your lifestyle and develop healthy habits.
5) Surround yourself with those that have the same goal!
Others can help you push on, when you’re not feeling up to the task.
Find friends with similar goals or find a coach that can help keep you moving forward!
